Profile Management

This guide explains how users of different roles can manage their profile and company settings in CvZense.

For Viewer

As a Viewer, you have limited access to profile management:

• Change your name:
  • Go to your profile setting.
  • Edit your display name and save changes.
• You cannot change your avatar, company information, or invite/remove users.

For User

As a User, you have access to more profile features:

• Update your profile name or avatar:
  • Go to your profile page.
  • Edit your display name or upload a new avatar.
• View company settings:
  • View basic company information (name, icon, subscription status), but editing is not permitted.
  • To update your email, please contact your company admin.

For Admin

Editors have advanced management capabilities:

• Edit company name and icon:
  • Go to the company settings page.
  • Update the company name and upload a new icon.
• Change subscription:
  • View and modify your organization’s subscription plan.
• Purchase credits/seats:
  • Buy additional credits for your organization.
  • Purchase or reduce the number of user seats.
• Manage users:
  • Invite new users or remove existing users.
  • Transfer admin access to another user if needed.

All changes made by Editors affect the entire organization.
