Build Your ZenForm

ZenForm is CvZense’s advanced form builder, designed for users to create, manage, and analyze forms for job intake, candidate assessment, and reference checks. Only Users and Editors have access to ZenForm, with equal permissions to create and manage their own ZenForms and templates.

What is ZenForm?

  • ZenForm lets you build custom forms for job requirements, candidate assessments, and reference checks.
  • Use ZenForms to collect structured data, analyze responses, and streamline your recruitment process.
  • CvZense provides a library of ready-to-use ZenForms and templates for quick deployment.
  • You can also create and manage your own ZenForms and templates for full customization.

How to Create, Edit, and Preview a ZenForm

  1. Access ZenForm

    • Go to the main menu and select Forms.
    • Click New to start a new form or select an existing template.

  2. Add Questions and Sections

    • Add various question types to your form, such as scale, text, or ipsative.
    • Add sections for better structure.
    • Easily rearrange or regroup questions and sections using drag-and-drop.

  3. Preview ZenForm

    • Use the Preview button to see how your ZenForm will appear to participants.
    • Make adjustments before publishing or sending.

How to Invite Participants

  • Once your ZenForm is ready, click Invite Participants to begin the invitation process.
  • Enter the participants’ email addresses and set a deadline if needed.
  • Recipients will receive an email invitation with a link to complete the ZenForm online.

When you link a ZenForm to a job, you can quickly distribute it to all applicants associated with that job.

Analyze Responses

Section titled “Analyze Responses”
  • Once responses are submitted, click the Analyze Responses magic wand button (top right corner).
  • ZenForm will analyze all applicants’ answers based on the selected traits and summary requirements in the form’s response analytics.
  • Use these insights to assess candidates and make informed decisions.
