Users & Roles
CvZense provides three main end user roles, each with different access levels and capabilities:
Viewer
Section titled “Viewer”- Who is this for?
Individuals who need to access candidate information without making changes. Commonly assigned to hiring managers or stakeholders who require read-only access. - Capabilities:
- View job, candidate information, etc.
- Making comments and decisions
- Cannot create, edit, or delete any data.
- Who is this for?
Regular users who actively engage with CvZense features. Typically assigned to recruiters or team members responsible for managing recruitment processes. - Capabilities:
- All Viewer permissions.
- Create and manage their own records (e.g., CVs, forms).
- Limited editing of their own data.
- Cannot edit or delete other users’ data.
- Who is this for?
Power users who oversee content management, payment settings, and user administration. This role is typically assigned to managers or business owners responsible for team operations. Only one Admin is permitted per company. - Capabilities:
- All User permissions.
- Payment management
- User access management
