Fair Hire
Fair Hire is a CvZense feature designed to promote skill-based, unbiased hiring and foster an equal, fair job-seeking community.
Why Fair Hiring?
Section titled “Why Fair Hiring?”Traditional recruitment processes can be affected by unconscious bias, favoritism, and subjective decision-making. This can lead to:

- Recruiters and job creators cannot view personal information or original CVs until candidates progress further in the recruitment process
- Candidate evaluation is based on skills, experience, and responses to job-related questions
- Your company page is branded with Fair Hire, signaling your commitment to fair and equal hiring
How to Activate Fair Hire
Section titled “How to Activate Fair Hire”An Admin can activate Fair Hire for your organization:
- Go to the company settings page
- Locate the Fair Hire option and enable it
- Your company page and recruitment process will now reflect Fair Hire branding and features
